The 2nd World Mahjong Sports Games Gearing Up

Following the resolution of MIL 1st Executive Council meeting, the 2nd World Mahjong Sports Games (WMSG) will be held by BUFF Network Tech and SMZY Tech in August of 2018

Competition Committee of MIL has starts the preparation of the 2nd WMSG from the end of 2016, and the periodical tasks are as followings:

1. Time: at least 1 week, tentatively from 5 to 11 August, 2018
2. Host city: open for bidding; Chongqing, Macau, Chengdu (Sichuan Province), Haikou (Hainan Province), Hefei (Anhui Province) of China and some European cities show strong interesting.
3. Events: 3 main events for MIL official international rules, including Team and Individual MCR(Mahjong Competition Rules), Individual SBR (Sichuan Bloody Rules) and Individual RCR (Riichi Competition Rules); open for bidding for exhibition events of more local rules
4. Qualifications: all players for 3 main events need to be qualified during the selection trails organized by MIL and MIL members; open registration for exhibition events

All the periodical preparation tasks will be reported detailedly, discussed and approved during the 3rd Executive Council meeting of MIL, which will be held on 22 July, Beijing.
