6th OEMC Mahjong European Championship
Date: 26-28 May 2017
Place: Edificio Do Casino da Póvoa de Varzim, 4490-403 Póvoa de Varzim
Registration fee: 200 €
Meals: Friday Lunch and Dinner, Saturday Lunch and Dinner and Sunday Dinner are included in the Registration Fee
Catering during the tournament: Coffee, tea, water, juice, fruit and pastries.
Inscriptions : Each Country Board Member sent the Country Rating and the qualified players.
The organization will make available a Web Page with a registration form
The players complete the information form
Once the organization receive the player pré- Inscription will verify if the player is qualified.
Once is verified the player qualification a mail with payment instructions will be sent
The player will be full confirmed after the bank transfer completed
31 March the confirmed players will be evaluated to make an eventual free places redistribution
Rules: Mahjong Competition Rules (MCR)
Tournament: 10 sessions of 120 minutes
Limit of players: 216 players
The tournament will be played with tiles without numbers, chinese size 5 (26x40x19 mm length x height x width) and 9 Special designed tiles: #1 Bamboo, 4 Flowers and 4 Seasons, to avoid errors flowers and seasons will have Arabic numbers engraved.
Individual prizes for the 10 highest ranked players. Team prize for the best team.
All players will receive a classification Certificate
Refrees: Organization is expecting Country proposals to Refree, the packaging includes all the meals and Hotel costs that can be single or double if Refree come accompanied.
Russia has already confirmed a Refree
The English will be the official language during the tournament.
